Plettenberg-Ohle, Novelis decided in favor of the Schuh Anlagentechnik conception of the Trimming Line for Endless Edge Trims.
hpl-Group Awards Schuh Anlagentechnik the Contract for the Air Handling Technology at the Four-High Reversing Mill Stand for C.D. Waelzholz in Oberkochen
hpl-Group chose air handling technology from Schuh Anlagentechnik for the construction of the new four-high reversing mill stand for the strip steel specialist C.D. Waelzholz at the Oberkochen site: fume extraction system, strip edge drying and ventilation with heat recovery from the engine cooling system. Commissioning was scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.

In January 2017 the edge strip extraction plant at the Cast-extrusion line got put into operation.
The disposable material is made out of titanium oxide or calcium carbonate with thicknesses of 80 to 400 µm.
New aeration plant for an aluminium cold rolling mill of the SMS Group

In line with the expansion of the production capacity of special sheet metals for the automotive and aviation industry the SMS Group builds amongst other projects a new cold rolling mill in Austria. To implement this project successfully SMS relies on the air handling systems of Schuh Anlagentechnik GmbH. The size of order includes the engineering as well as the partial delivery.
The delivery of the plant is planned for the 4th quarter of 2016. The commissioning shall take place within the 1st half of 2017.

ANDRITZ Relies on Air Handling Technology from Schuh Anlagentechnik for the Second Expansion Stage of the Walsin Lihwa Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Mill in Taiwan
For the second expansion stage of the Walsin Lihwa stainless steel cold rolling mill in Taiwan, ANDRITZ awarded Schuh Anlagentechnik the contract for the air handling technology at the S6-high mill: fume extraction system, machine ventilation, strip drying and dedusting of the roll cleaning device. Back in 2011, ANDRITZ had already chosen Schuh Anlagentechnik for the complete air handling technology.

Successful Commissioning of the Fume Extraction System at the Tandem Line and the Dedusting System at the Scale Breaker at Tangsteel
In January 2015, the commissioning of the fume extraction system at the pickling tandem line (390,000 m3/h) and the dedusting system at the scale breaker (110,000 m3/h) at Tangsteel Iron & Steel Group in Tangshan, China, was successfully completed. Schuh Anlagentechnik delivered the complete air handling concept for the cold rolling mill.
