In January 2017 the edge strip extraction plant at the Cast-extrusion line got put into operation.
The disposable material is made out of titanium oxide or calcium carbonate with thicknesses of 80 to 400 µm.

In line with the expansion of the production capacity of special sheet metals for the automotive and aviation industry the SMS Group builds amongst other projects a new cold rolling mill in Austria. To implement this project successfully SMS relies on the air handling systems of Schuh Anlagentechnik GmbH. The size of order includes the engineering as well as the partial delivery.
The delivery of the plant is planned for the 4th quarter of 2016. The commissioning shall take place within the 1st half of 2017.
