Emulsion Mist Extraction System with 125,000 m3/h for the Four-High Cold Rolling Mill of JSC Kirov Non Ferrous Plant in Russia

Castrop-Rauxel, February 2015. In February 2015, Danieli Fröhling GmbH awarded the contract for the planning and partial delivery of an emulsion mist extraction system for the four-high cold rolling mill (Quarto) of JSC Kirov Non Ferrous Plant in Russia.

Emulsion Mist Extraction System with 125,000 m³/h

The emulsion mist extraction system is designed for a volume flow rate of 125,000 m³/h. It captures the emulsion mists generated during cold rolling and routes them through a piping system to the mist separators – for clean exhaust air and environmentally compliant working conditions in continuous operation.

Delivery and Schedule

Delivery of the emulsion mist extraction system was scheduled for summer 2015.
